How to Activate
Using red water scoop provided in bottle, add one scoop of water. Tightly secure lid and shake very well.

How to Use
1. Shake Bottle and remove lid
2. Keep bottle 6-12" from your nose
3. Lightly waft, keeping your eyes closed
4. Replace the lid as soon as possible
5. DO NOT use more than a few times a day; store in a cool dry place
